These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of CustodyPrimo's website and services, provided by Capital Asset Management Limited HK. By using our services you agree to these terms.

By registering for or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Digital Asset Risk Disclosure, and any product-specific terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age and capacity in your jurisdiction and not barred from using our services under any applicable law. Services may not be available in all jurisdictions and are subject to eligibility and verification.

3. Accounts & verification

• You must provide accurate, complete information and complete our identity-verification (KYC) and compliance checks.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or refuse service where required for legal, regulatory or security reasons.

4. Services

We provide digital-asset custody, AI-assisted portfolio tools, staking, and related services as described on our website and in your service agreement. Features may change, and some services are provided by or together with third parties.

5. Fees

Applicable fees will be disclosed to you before you use a chargeable service. You are responsible for any network or transaction fees.

6. Client obligations & prohibited use

You agree to use our services lawfully and not to use them for money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion, market abuse or any illegal activity, and not to interfere with or compromise the security of our systems.

7. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks and software on this website are owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses arising from market movements, third-party services, or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against losses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship in accordance with the service agreement. We may suspend or terminate access where required by law or to protect clients or the platform.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

12. Changes
